Our philosophy is three fold: Keep prices low by keeping costs low; and,

purchasers should be able to modify the designs to which they have purchased the licenses; and, A long-armer with
multiple machines at a single location should be able to use the designs at any of the machines at that one site.

Free Pattern You may have the above QLI pattern for free if you agree to long arm a quilt at no charge for any
of the "Warrior In Transition", "Wounded Warrior", or other such group supporting our men an women of
the armed forces. Even though this design is free, the license agreement and copyright
still apply. To obtain the QLI pattern, simply fill out and submit the following
request form.

How Can You Buy The Designs
Prices
for the groups are shown in the brochure. Designs are only sold in groups, not as singles.
The entire set of over 1,000 designs is $500. This is a savings of $900 from the individual list prices of over $1,400! Purchase these via phone 419.358.0656 or 866.434-7552 [866.4.fisllc], by using the email link below,

What Machines Can Use These Designs Any automated quilting machine that can use any of the following design formats DXF, SKF, QLI or WMF can use these
designs. This includes the majority of automated quilting machines produced. Examples are: Gammill's Statler Stitcher [Creative
Studio or PrecisionStitch], Handi Quilter’s, HQ Pro-Stitcher,
IQ, TinLizzies, and QBOT.
What Is Provided
All of the design files
[SKF, DXF, QLI] are provided with your purchase as we believe it is your right to be able to modify patterns from time to
time to fit unexpected requirements.
The WMF files are also provided so that you will be able to print out the designs
for review and discussion with your customers.
A "Contact Print" pdf file is provided to assist you in linking the design
pictures to the file names.
What
Are The Conditions Of Use Refer to the license details below. In summary, the license allows you to use the
files on all of the computers at one site [i.e. the same business operating site e.g. a site is similar to the location known
by the fire department] and that you can not sell, give, bundle, or otherwise distribute the patterns or the modifications
that you have made to them or from them. For example, if you sell you machine, you can not transfer the designs with the machine.
Need Assistance? We have noted that many buying new designs need assistance with their computers. These needs
range from "How do I get the designs from the e-mail?" to "My computer says I have a sharing violation!"
Sometimes these are caused by hardware failures, problems caused by comuter technicians, lack of computer knowledge, or
that we have sent the wrong designs [we really did that once]. Some customers like us to do all of the steps for them. Occasionally
we suggest improvements / repair to your computer.
To assist we use GoToMeeting.com. That way we can see what you see and
get the designs "up and ready". If the issue you are experiencing was because our error, then you
will not be charged. Otherwise, we charge $10 per 15 minutes of support.
