Recommendations & Endorsements

Here are some of the recommendations and endorsements that we have received.

"The 'Advanced Training' course was revolutionary to my longarming" - Mary Kay J.

"Thanks Rick and Ruth for all your help. We have a new sense of confidence knowing we have great materials to use over and over. We know we can build our skills and create the custom quilting business we hope for.

"AND thank you so much for sharing your excellent long arm designs. We really appreciate it, and you.

"My wife has a remarkable ability for quilt piecing, and wanted to be able to complete the entire quilt herself rather than pay some one else to finish it.  We bought a Handi-Quilter Sweet 16 on a five foot frame.  It was perfect, it stitched beautifully, and was inexpensive.  In a few months she became proficient at free motion quilting.  She started winning ribbons at quilt shows, and we wanted more.

"For several months we studied machines, visited shows and dealers. We decided that the difference in price for a very good long arm and the very best long arm available wasn't that much. We wanted an Innova.

"In September, 2020 my wife and I bought a new Innova M24 on a ten foot frame. We got a machine that would last our quilting lives, and spared no expense to get just what we wanted with Auto Pilot, an electric lift feature, and Grand Format Embroidery.

"What we didn't realize was that our dealer was very new to Innova. They offered only two basic training sessions at their store almost 300 miles from where we live. We searched the internet for every training video we could find, but the videos contradicted themselves, and were not always on our machine. So our dealer offered the God Key at $795.  Our dealer agreed to preview the material at their store. After some difficulty getting the CD to play, he was able to show us some of the training videos. My first reaction was  “I've already seen all these on You Tube.” He was unable to find any written instructions that could be printed for Auto Pilot, only the descriptions of what the buttons do as provided in the manual. He assured us that what we were looking for was there, we could find it.

"While my wife and I were discussing whether to buy the program, we learned  that he had ordered the Gold Key specifically for us, and was on the hook if we didn't buy it.  We decided that it was better than what we had, which was next to nothing, so we purchased it.

"It turns out, it is next to nothing.  It is nearly useless, and impossible to navigate the random order of the tutorials.  The random quality of demonstrators, photography, and sound volume makes it very difficult to use.  If you don't make notes while you are perusing the files, you will never find your way back, because there is no logic in the lay out.  It has turned out to be a complete waste of time and money.  There are no printed materials available on the Gold Key, no reference. At one point an instructor says “I’m going to go fast, so you’ll have to watch this over and over again.” And most disappointing was the lack of anything about Auto Pilot, everything is done in Navigator.

"We looked for better, and found Rick and Ruth Grihalva at Forever In Stitches.  At our request we were provided a sample of the instruction, and instantly realized that this was a quality, carefully crafted, and  guided trip through the complex maze of Innova's Auto Pilot software.

"Ruth is the demonstrator, carefully explaining nuances for using the many tools available in Innova's incredible  Mach 3 software.  There is a two volume written manual to go along with her narrative.  Step by step exercises demonstrate the order for each action. Ruth’s great voice, excellent videography are pared with a well organized color instruction book.  This self-study course makes it possible to run Auto Pilot without fear as you build your skills through the exercises!  It’s all very well done.  It has an index!!  It has a reference section! It is simple to find the function you wish to apply to your next quilt.

"We were especially impressed with the great customer service. Rick called us to see how we were getting along with the materials and if we had questions. They are really nice people and have made a great product based on their years of long arm experience.

"Investing in an Innova long arm is a serious commitment.  And despite spending way north of $40k for the machine, there is no infrastructure provided for learning how to use it. Our dealer failed us in that respect.  Rick and Ruth Grihalva at Forever In Stitches have made it possible to master Mach 3, quilt edge-to-edge with confidence, and go on to complex custom quilting knowing that you can actually deliver. They sincerely want you to succeed, and it shows.  I couldn't be happier." -  John & Melanie H.

“Thank you for sharing your so many of your tips, tricks and techniques! The information has saved me countless hours while noticeably improving my quilting skills. I am getting so much more out of my Innova quilting machine. The course work is very easy to follow and presented in a manner that is easy to learn and retain. The knowledge I’ve gained has given me the confidence to take on much more challenging projects. Thank you!” - John W.

"These well-written exercises really inspired me to use the Draw Tool more often. I always knew it was there, waiting for me to use, but I didn't often have the inspiration to reach for it. Now I am looking at this tool with an entirely new appreciation for what I can do with it! The Draw Tool will now be a "go to" tool every day --- thanks to this book!" - Robin H.

“Thanks Rick and Ruthanna for producing this exclusive training material! You have demystified editing and drawing digital patterns for computerized quilting. The booklet and videos are simply perfect for self-study.” - Julie L.

"When Ruth got her AutoPilot Mach 3s, she no longer asked me for new designs and alterations of existing designs. Prior to the Innovas I had designed over 1,600 designs, which are for sale on our web-site. I haven't designed anything since we purchased the Innovas." – Rick G.

"Getting a box from you is like opening a Christmas gift. What can I say -- I love the pattern you selected for the quilt/shams/wallhanging.  And the thread color is perfect (as always).  Oh, so beautiful. . . . As always, you do fantastic work.  I don't mind mailing my projects to you.  At first, I was leery of sending a quilt top in the mail; but your quilting is well worth sending my projects to you to finish.  Now I have lots of binding to put on!!" - Sue D.

"As always, if there is something I need to do differently on my end when putting quilts/projects together for you, please let me know.  I feel my quilting has improved a lot over the past 8-10 years from when I first started. Thank you, thank you so very much.  Yes, you made tears when I opened the box.  Ruth, as usual the quilt was gorgeous! You always do such a good job and that's why I always send my quilts to you." - Marge L.

"The quilt top arrived just a little while ago [via UPS].  Just like Christmas ... couldn't get the box opened fast enough. I love the quilting you did.  The color [of the] thread is perfect. . . . Thank you so much for your beautiful work." - Sue D.

"I agree with the white thread choice.   I really like all of the stitching patterns, [and] I settled on the GQS-03 Stars. I received my blue and white quilt this week and have returned a check by mail.  As your website states, 'I was truly delighted upon opening the box.  Thank you!" - Lori C.

Thank You and now its time for a coffee break! Blessings, Dawn." Dawn V. - Self Study - CLM-019

“I could not find local support for my AutoPilot Mach3. There was plenty of support for free-motion quilting, but not automated. In order to get training I found I had to travel many states from my home until I found the self-study Advanced Training AutoPilot Mach 3 by Accomplish Quilting. It is just what I was looking for. I am so excited.” Shawn S. – Self-Study - CML-008

"Thank you for all your work in creating the AutoPilot Mach3™ Advanced Training Course. It is well done, and in my opinion, should be included with the purchase of ABM/Innova Quilting Machines. The material is very clear and concise. You have done a superb job of showing multiple examples of applying the AutoPilot Mach3™ software features and functionality.
